Study from the journal – Annals of Internal Medicine
This study of over 170,00 participants found that those who drink sweetened coffee daily are up to 31% less likely to die within a 7-year follow-up than non-coffee drinkers. Those who drank unsweetened coffee were 21% less likely to die during the follow-up. Those who drink sweetened coffee daily are up to 31% less likely to die within a 7-year follow-up than non-coffee drinkers. Those who drank unsweetened coffee were 21% less likely to die during the follow-up. This kind of information gives us reason enough to look into other studies reporting on the effects of drinking coffee. At this point, we have found no studies showing drinking to have negative effects upon the aging process.
